Fishing Report week ending 15th November 2017

The weather has been a mixed bag with alot of rain causing some coloured water this week. However we have been busy with some good catches - just bring the right clothes!

Fred Leach of Bampton was out fished by his two grandsons who caught two Rainbows each for an average of 2-8oz while Fred only managed one albeit a 3lb beauty. They all used different tactics with the yougsters usiung pheasant tail nymph and Granddad using bloodworm.

Jeff Langdon of Roadwater caught his limit of 4 specimens using damsel fished deep. His best fish were a 4lb Brownie and a 5-8 Rainbow - the total bag was just short of 20lb!

His buddie Mark Tysow of Minehead also caught his 4 fish limit including a sleek 4-8 blue on a Cats Whisker – total bag was just over 20lbs!

Jim Barnes of Kingsbridge caught his Rover Classic limit of two specs and 2 normals with a total bag of 14lb exactly.
