Fishing for Heroes have another great visit

Great day on Friday with the guys from the charity "Fishing for Heroes" visiting the fishery with National Coordinator Paul West and coach Paul Haynes. The day started with the ubiquitous Bacon butties, the safety talk and then off to the lakes. Lunch was provided at midday and the "one that got away" tales were in full flow. And what a successful day it was with 9 fish coming out of the Specimen lake at an average of 6 1/2 lb and another good haul from the normal lakes with 17 fish for 34lbs. It's been great to see how these guys skills have really come on and a real testament to the charity for the support they have given over a sustained period.
