Results From Heat 3 and 4 of Bellbrook Cup 2016
Heat 4 of the Bellbrook Cup was held yesterday at Bellbrook Fishery. 12 fishers were tasked with catching 6 fish one from each of 6 sessions including 2 from the specimen lake. The conditions changed overnight due to heavy rain causing some of the lakes to colour up but that didn't deter Adam James of Radstcok. Adam was able to catch all 6 of his fish (20-7) in spite of being a relative new comer to the fishery which is no mean feat and bodes well for his chances in the competition. The next best performance was by John Connabeer of Totnes managing just three fish for 7lb 6oz. There are just two more heats to be fished before qualifying for the final at the end of November and we look forward to some cracking fishing as the temperatures continue to cool.
