Heat 5 of The Bellbrook Cup was attended by a very healthy 18 anglers and a fine days fishing it was too. The weather held and turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon with no wind - a rare treat for the time of year.

Another heat of The Bellbrook Cup took place at the weekend with 12 anglers continuing their campaign to make it to the final for a chance to win £1000 cash. The best performance of the day came from Robbie Maunder of Radstock catching all 6 fish for 20lb 6 oz. This was Robbie's 3rd heat and as he finds himself at the top of the leaderboard he has definitely secured a place in the final. With a close second Derek Burton also had a good day with 5 fish for 16lb 15 oz.
