The weather has finally broken and while it isn’t warm the sharp cold snap seems to have released us from its grip. The fishing conditions have been variable with some coloured water after heavy rain but mostly fairly clear.
Fishing Report W/E 16th Nov 2018
After all the rain last week the fish are in fine fettle! It's been a cracking week with all the lakes producing well and most fishermen catching their bag. Season ticket holder Terry caught a lovely 4lb 4oz from Bodmin amongst his bag of 3 whilst Stuart from Cannington had a very nice 6lb 8oz from Ironmill. Regular J. Ratcliffe caught two lovely specimens at 6lb and 5lb 4oz on a Montana with a fast retrieve at 2'. Cats whiskers and buzzers from just below the surface to 18" deep were also working a treat!
