The weather has finally broken and while it isn’t warm the sharp cold snap seems to have released us from its grip. The fishing conditions have been variable with some coloured water after heavy rain but mostly fairly clear.
Bellbrook Fishing Report week ending 6th December 2013
A mixture of a week with some good catches being made at the start of the week and petering out by Thursday/Friday.
The Luckhurst father and son team Keith and Dean from Exmouth made a welcome appearance over the weekend . . . not catching their normal heavy bags but still managing to hook the biggest fish of the week. Dean favoured a Claret Buzzer whilst dad was using a White Fry on the bottom.
A few new visitors this week which is always welcome Colin Carter from Gloucester, Keith Rippon and Brian Shuttleworth from Bath. A black Damsel with a blue flash worked for Colin whilst Keith was using his W.A.E.F. fly, a Snobbis.
Just a reminder too that our Special Offer Half Price Rover Classic ticket needs to be pre-booked as only one of these tickets is allowed per day.
Any questions about the fishery please call Chris on 01398 351292.
